Aya really is a virtual community.  So much so, many of us develop feelings that cross into reality.

I find myself reflecting on my time at Aya. All the relationships I have developed.  All the fantasies I have helped fulfill.

I met this saucy shemale from England on her wedding day to another prominent Aya figurehead.  At the time, I roamed into Aya still in the avatar of a young boy. Talin didn't know me from nothing. As she was dressing for her ceremony, she invited me to attend her wedding.  I couldn't imagine a person like this - so friendly as she was - and on a wedding day of all days!  I mean anyone else could of said bugger off.  Not Talin. 

I roamed to 'Sissified' because at the time it seemed more active during the times I was able to come out.  I never felt as welcomed, or that I mattered, to the powers who ran sissified.  Not like Talin.
When a friend of mine told me about Talins RL difficulties, I remember I just wanted to be near her.  She was not online when I was able to serve but I was a busy body.  I cleaned and met new friends.  Bubbles and Alexis among a few.  Dolly and Kori always around.  I came to Aya to help... help be a character who can make a difference.  When Talin had returned I soon knew that what I did was right.  I came to a place I can call home. 

Politics aside, Talin always made us feel welcome and that we mattered.  I just want it said that she matters to me.  I think she matters to many of us.  We may not always agree.  But I would follow her anywhere.

I have deep friendships with quite a few at Aya.  I would do anything for them as well.  Kara and Stacy are just two loving contributors to Aya - I am grateful for your shoulders.

 Sunday, March 3, in the presence of our Queen, the AYA’s family received a new member, She is Angel06 (titifag), the newest Trainee Maid of AYA.

The Most Royal of Weddings

Just a few days ago, the Second of March the year Twenty Thirteen, at 12:30 pm (SLT) in the beautiful Aya Cathedral, our most wonderful Queen Talin was joined in holy matrimony to Her beautiful Consort, Miss Rusty.

It was truly a most fabulous day for the entire SIM. To be witness to such a joyous occasion, to be a part of our Queens happy day, to celebrate alongside our loving Mistresses (and They with their loving subs), is what we all desire. It was a day of love and excitement.

While the two beautiful brides began to prepare for the big moment... scores of visitors from all around Second Life were coming by. Old friends and new, each was seated and waited on by the Aya staff maids. It was only a short wait until the Brides and their entourages would precess to the altar.

After a series of heartfelt and moving custom vows professed in front of the congregation, there were many tissues for maids to gather. Surely seeing two beautiful people in such love is quite touching to sissy and Mistress alike.

And certainly, it would not be an Aya function if there weren't at least a couple of giggles... but mainly, the whole ceremony was a dream of perfection. Even... the Sl lag monster must have taken the day off... there were no noticeable crashes, nor any sever lag or rez issues for the entire length of the ceremony. Surly an undeniable a tribute of respect from the Linden Lords.

Alas, after the ceremony, the dreaded lag monster decided to rear his head, and made the pictures outside a bit challenging, however, with some time and patience, a few memorable shots were to be had.

Afterwards, an amazing reception, with beautiful live music, numerous speeches and lots of giggly fun was to be had in the Aya Ballroom. Many friends and family were able to attend and enjoy the wonderful sounds of Saintess Larnia. Do your self a favor and check her out here. Eventually it came time for the Bride's to have their dance as we all watched with pride and joy.

Every member of Aya, as well as anyone who has the extreme pleasure of knowing these two amazing women, wishes a very long and happy life to the Queen and Her Consort. Thank You very much for allowing us to share in Your special day Your Majesties.
